At Diamond H Quail, we’re committed to providing you with the freshest quail meat. Because our product is perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive your order with photos of the damage. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund.

Please note that we can only issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged. We cannot issue refunds for other reasons, such as if you change your mind or if the product is not to your personal taste.
